Transportation in the Philippines is inexpensive and readily available. The two choices that I am going to highlight are the tricycle and the jeetney. An American adult riding in the tricycle will have to be flexible. It is a tight fit but convenient and the tricycle is in all the towns throughout the country at all times of the day and night. The jeetney is amazing. You load through the back and there is always room for one more. If you stand on the road, a jjetney is sure to come by some time during the day.
